Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

  • Order Confirmation: Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. In case of payment failure, the order will not be placed.
  • Taxes & Charges: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional shipping or installation charges (if any) will be communicated during checkout.

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, you must request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. A cancellation fee may apply.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or logistical challenges.
  • Customized or specially ordered products.



4. Refund Process
